About

Echoes from Ukraine is an independent project dedicated to documenting the people and ideas shaping contemporary Ukraine. Its vision is to create a record of human stories from a transforming country, stories of creativity, resilience, innovation and everyday work that deserve to be heard beyond Ukraine’s borders.

The project relies on interviews and narrative reporting, offering accessible accounts of technical, cultural, social or military realities through the lived experiences of those directly involved. It is not an academic outlet or an expert analysis platform; the focus is on stories, perspectives and individual trajectories rather than institutional commentary.

Echoes from Ukraine follows clear principles of accuracy, verification and respect for the interviewee’s voice. Essential facts are checked, but the project does not claim to validate scientific, political, technical or military statements. It documents what people say and how they work, without embellishment or interpretation beyond what is necessary for clarity.

The platform is entirely independent, unaffiliated with any government, institution or organisation, and receives no external funding.

Echoes from Ukraine is run by Valentin Jedraszyk, Sciences Po Paris graduate with a strong interest in geopolitics, Central and Eastern Europe, Slavic languages and innovation.
